Addressable Contacts

Self-check that Identity, Overlay, Contact, Presence, Connection, and Conversation managers are wired correctly. Click Run Self-Check to verify all subsystems are functioning.

Export the session log for the web effects pipeline — including boot, probes, connections, capability exchange, search queries, and results. Click Export webEffects Log to save the log file.

Browser Tab Runtime

Lifecycle counters and latency telemetry for browser child-webviews. This section populates automatically as you open and switch browser tabs.

Connection Diagnostics

Test all connection channels between you and a peer in the room. Results are saved for later review.

Factory reset

The Factory Reset option erases all app data and returns webAI to a fresh install state. A factory reset clears:
  • Your identity and authentication session
  • All local storage, IndexedDB, and session data
  • Browser history and website cache
  • Indexed web content and file index
  • Custom apps and sub-app data
  • All preferences, personalization, and onboarding progress
Factory reset is permanent and cannot be undone. After reset, the page reloads and the full onboarding flow is shown.
