The built-in Browser lets you browse the web without leaving webAI. Open multiple tabs, manage history, download files, and use AI to interact with page content.
Browsing
Navigate the web directly inside the app. The browser supports:
- Multiple tabs — Open several pages at once and switch between them.
- History — Browse and search your navigation history.
- Downloads — Download files directly within the app.
Type a URL into the home screen search bar to open it directly in the browser.
AI context actions
Select text on any page and use the AI context menu to:
- Summarize — Get a concise summary of the selected content.
- Explain — Have the AI break down complex passages.
- Extract key points — Pull out the most important information.
These actions are powered by Oasis, your on-device AI — so the content you select is processed locally and never sent to an external service.
Use cases
- Research — Browse sources and use AI to extract insights without switching apps.
- Reading — Summarize long articles or explain technical content inline.
- Collecting information — Save pages as snapshots for offline reading (when website snapshots are enabled in Settings).
