Documents is a block-based editor for writing and collaborating in real time — similar in feel to Notion or Google Docs, but running entirely within webAI.

Getting started

Start a new document and build it with blocks:

• Headings — Structure your content with multiple heading levels.
• Paragraphs — Write and format body text.
• Lists — Ordered and unordered lists.
• Code blocks — Syntax-highlighted code snippets.
• Quotes — Block quotes for callouts and citations.
• Dividers — Visual separators between sections.

Type / to insert a new block type. Use keyboard shortcuts for bold, italic, links, and other formatting.

Real-time collaboration

When you open a Document in a space, everyone sees each other’s cursors and edits in real time. Changes are synced automatically using CRDTs, so edits from multiple people merge cleanly without conflicts.

Auto-save

Documents save automatically as you work. You don’t need to manually save — your content is persisted locally between sessions.
